Your first session comprises of a full physical analysis, looking at your posture, current muscular and aerobic fitness and your overall health and well being. It is important to establish your current health and fitness to ensure I can create an effective programme that is tailored to you and fits around your lifestyle. This session will produce a comprehensive physical analysis of your body to ensure your programme is as unique as you are, offering great results you can see and feel.

From here I can create your personal training programme. I will make it fun, motivational and effective! Your workout should always challenge you, in a good way, for it to be effective. I will be there to encourage and support you to reach your goals.
