Head Personal Trainer Claire is also a Fight Fit Trainer, if you want to try something different Fight Fit is the number one in the country for boxing for fitness; Claire will bring her focus pads and boxing gloves and put you through your paces using real boxing conditioning techniques inspired by boxing champions.
Personal Trainer Carla is also a Thai boxer, she will put you through your paces using her experience to create an innovative routine that will work every part of your body.
Your personal Yoga training will work every muscle in your body using ancient training techniques of Yoga poses and breath mondulation techniques. Personal Yoga Trainer Madeleine is also a rehabilitation and post operation trainer highly trained in Yoga therapy.
