Working with Claire has been a wonderful experience, her knowledge of fitness and nutrition helped me tremendously. I have to admit, I was a bit sceptical at the start about working with Kettlebells and Swiss balls but I actually found it to be fun and effective.

After the end of my 6 weeks, my strength and stamina increased and my muscles started to become defined so I decided to sign up for another 6 weeks, asking Claire to focus on a particular area and believe me she took the challenge and mad me work hard!

I have recently completed a 6 week intensive package training course with Claire. Claire had her work cut out with me because I genuinely have never done any exercise! Even at school I'd get out of P>E and sports.

Being quite a lively fella, I managed to keep ending up with a hangover and a sore chest from smoking, but Claire persevered with me and we had some great results!

I managed all the exercises, I have started sea swimming, uphill running and I have completed a 13 mile bike ride.
