                                            Claire is an Advanced Personal Trainer, Fight Fit trainer and

                                            Nutrition and Weight Management Consultant. 

                                            Claire is motivated, passionate and prides herself on high standards.

                                            Claire specialises in body conditioning and NLP therapy as well as boxing

                                            for fitness and is currently training in pre and post natal care.

Where can I train?

 

As freelance trainers we come to you in the comfort of your own home or we can meet you in your local park. We cover a broad area accross East Sussex and Kent from Hastings to Tunbridge Wells. For more details see my locations page.

 

We bring the gym to you, all you need is a bottle of water!

 

 

What will my training be like?

 

Every programme is designed specifically for you. We offer a variety of training styles for body conditioning, weight loss and aerobic fitness that will excite and motivate you.  We use a wide range of equipment which we supply.

 

We use a variety of training techniques; We fuse traditional and creative training techniques with our own personal training style to get the most from every session. We will focus on training towards your personal goals. We will be there to support and guide you with bespoke training programmes.
