Peak Energy!

 

Peak Energy! is a class aimed at men and women who want to up their game with their fitness routine.

 

Combining tough cardio challenges with demanding physical resistance exercises, you will tone, scultp and burn fat in a fun and motivating class.

 

Using my own Personal Training techniques and my Fight Fit training my class is totally unique. I have trained with champion boxer Danny Williams and celebrity Personal Trainer Martin McKenzie founder of Fight Fit to bring you this results driven class. 

Can you handle it?

 

This class will improve your aerobic fitness and stamina, muscular strength and increase muscle tone. This class is filled with explosive and challenging exercises including skipping and ply-metrics. De-stress from work and leave the class feeling energised and ready to achieve your goals.

 

Who is this class suitable for?

 

If you love fitness or just want a new challenge then this class is for you!

 

It is suitable for medium to high fitness levels and I offer options dependant on your personal fitness level.

 

Where can I find this class?

 

I run this class on a Thursday night 8-9pm at the brand new William Parker Sports Centre in Hastings.

There is parking off Park Avenue in the lower school car park.
